2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled 7 days before the program start date
• 50% refund if cancelled between 3-6 days before the program start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the program start date
• No refund after the program has started

2. Include your payment transaction ID
3. State the reason for cancellation
4. Provide your bank account details for the refund

4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
